We aim to ship your order within 2 - 3 business days from Perth, Western Australia. 

Please note: due to COVID-19 restrictions currently taking place, we ask that you remain patient with your order as we’ll be trying our best to get your shipping to you within the expected timeframe. Please expect delays depending on your city or country of residence, as delivery operations will be contingent on your location.

Shipping costs will vary depending on where you are located and what you have ordered. Items will be priced based on their size, your location, and the total weight of the order. 

All of this will be calculated at the checkout process.

We are pretty flexible people - so we try to ship to most parts of the world. 

In addition to shipping to Australia and New Zealand, we can ship our items to certain places around the globe. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on where you are located. Please do allow international orders a bit of time to get to you.

All international orders will be shipped by Sendle. However, if your country does not appear at checkout please email us and we will look into making something work.

We use Sendle for the majority of our orders which is 100% carbon neutral delivery.

As a default for packages under 1kg, Sendle will mark your package as ‘Authority to Leave’ to eliminate person-to-person contact. For larger parcels, we will ask for a signature upon delivery. 

At checkout, if your order is considered a large parcel, you will have the option to write a note for ‘Authority to Leave’ - which means you do not need to be home for a signature. This will be entirely at your discretion should you go with this option. Brendan Pang Nominees Pty. Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the packages. To ensure that your package arrives safely, we recommend that orders are delivered to a work address, or that orders are tracked consistently if you opt for ‘Authority to Leave’.
